Kim Webb
Kim Webb is the Vice President of Health Strategy at Siftwell Analytics. In this role, she serves as the strategic thought partner with plan and community stakeholders and helps to guide Siftwell’s development of solutions that improve the health and wellness of vulnerable populations. Her unique combination of clinical expertise and business acumen, coupled with a passion for data-driven approaches and emerging technologies, has consistently delivered clinical excellence, efficiency, and profitability.
Previously, she was the Enterprise Vice President for Population Health and Clinical Operations at AmeriHealth Caritas, where she led a team of 1,000 associates across 15 Medicaid, Marketplace and Medicare markets, driving population health operations and improvements, care delivery and outcomes for over 3 million members. Her previous experience includes serving as National Director for Magellan Health’s Clinical Center of Excellence, as well as clinical operations, care delivery implementation, clinical programs, and strategy roles with Evolent Health, CareFirst BCBS and Novartis.
Kim earned a Master of Science in Population Health Management at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and her baccalaureate in nursing from Tennessee State University. Upon graduation she was commissioned into the U.S. Air Force and served five years on active duty as a nurse and is a certified case manager (CCM).
Kim leads a purposeful life, volunteering at a community health free clinic and serving on the Policy Committee for the Institute for Exceptional Care (IEC). She is also a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) and the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). In her free time, Kim enjoys performing arts, travel, culinary exploration, and book club activities with family and friends. Most importantly, she treasures creating special moments with her four children, spouse, and parents, whom she lovingly calls her “7 crown jewels.”
