Renee Malone

Head of Customer Success

Renee Malone is the Head of Customer Success at Siftwell Analytics. She is responsible for ensuring that clients receive the greatest value from our solutions and for helping them drive meaningful change within their organizations and for their members. She has over a decade of leadership experience in various healthcare settings, including emergency departments, healthcare systems, ambulatory care, and digital health. She is known as a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving teams and companies toward scalability and transformational change from both clinical and business perspectives.

Before joining Siftwell, Renee was the Director of Care Operations at Brightside Health, a digital behavioral health company. In that role, she was responsible for building and managing, including but not limited to, care coordination, health information management, healthcare system referral strategy, EMR interoperability, and engagement strategy. Prior to her time at Brightside Health, Renee worked at Ochsner Health, one of the largest healthcare system organizations in the southeast. During her tenure there, she held positions in the Emergency Department, System Hospital Operations, and Clinic Operations. Renee earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and is on track to complete her MBA through Louisiana State University at Shreveport by the end of 2024.

Renee resides in New Orleans with her husband, daughter, and fur baby. In her free time, she enjoys running and playing golf.
