Connor Young
Connor Young is the Head of Engineering at Siftwell Analytics, empowering both clients and internal teams with software solutions. His experience spans the technology stack, from design and front-end development to distributed systems. Connor has eight years of startup experience at companies of various sizes, gaining an understanding of each stage of the growth process. Though trained as an engineer, he has also interacted with cross-disciplinary teams, understanding the needs and language of different stakeholders while delivering value to clients. With his entire career in business-to-business companies, Connor knows the importance of providing a product that is not only engaging but also yields a tangible return on investment for customers.
Prior to joining Siftwell, Connor was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at VIT (Vigilant Technologies), where he developed wearable technology for deskless workers and provided data analytics to ensure an ergonomic and safe workplace. After Sword Health’s acquisition of VIT, Connor led a software team to integrate Sword’s technology into the U.S. healthcare system across various use cases. Always interested in both health and technology, Connor earned a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University while playing varsity football.
Connor is based in northeastern Pennsylvania, and when he’s not solving challenging problems, you can find him on a pickleball court.
