Siftwell Analytics Online Privacy Policy
Scope
This Policy explains how we collect and use personal information from or about individuals who access and use our public-facing website located at https://siftwell.ai/ (“Website”) or who, in their capacity as employees, agents, contractors, or other authorized representatives (“End Users”) of our business customers (“Customers”) access or use our Pegasus platform or other online applications that we make available to Customers as part of the services we provide to them (collectively, the “Platforms”). This Policy refers to the Website and the Platforms collectively as the “Services.”
This Policy does not apply to information that our Customers process through the Platforms or that we otherwise collect, access, receive, or process on behalf of our Customers as part of the services we provide to them, including Protected Health Information (“PHI”) pertaining to our Customers’ members. We act as a Business Associate/processor with respect to that PHI and other similar information, and our handling of it is governed by our agreements with our Customers, including where applicable Business Associate Agreements. If you have a question relating to the handling of PHI or other information that we maintain on behalf of a Customer, please contact the Customer directly. Please do not submit PHI through our Website forms or emails.
Information we collect
We collect personal information as part of the operation of the Services. The personal information we collect, and how we collect it, depends on how you interact with us.
Information you provide directly
- Contact and other similar information you provide directly through our contact forms or interactions with the Services, such as name, work email, phone number, company, role, and any message content submitted through the Services.
- Account information that we collect from End Users to facilitate access to our Platforms, such as name, email address, and login credentials.
Information we collect automatically
In addition to the information that you provide to us directly, we may also automatically collect certain personal information when you use the Services:
- Browser and Device Identifiers. We may collect information that is automatically collected by most websites, such as device identifiers, IP address, unique device identifiers, operating system type and version, browser type and version, and other information related to the device used to interact with the Services.
