Jodie Kent

Director of Client Success

With a career that bridges healthcare SaaS, health plan care management, and social work, Jodie brings a unique blend of operational insight and strategic leadership to customer success.

Jodie’s customer success leadership is grounded in building strong relationships, developing data driven strategies, driving adoption of technology, and collaborative problem solving. Her experience covers the entire customer life cycle, regional health plans as well as enterprise health plans, and all lines of business.

Early in her career, Jodie was a social worker advocating for vulnerable children and families. For over a decade, Jodie worked in child welfare before transitioning to care management focusing on providing support to NICU families during their baby’s first year of life.

Jodie holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore where she specialized in clinical social work with a focus on maternal and child health. Jodie earned a Bachelor of Social Work from James Madison University. She is a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania and a Certified Case Manager.

Jodie lives with her family in the Philadelphia area and outside of work she enjoys cheering her kids on at any number of sports activities, walking her dog, and discovering new ways to bake with sourdough.
