Amogh Rajan
Amogh Rajan serves as the Vice President of Product at Siftwell Analytics.
Amogh’s passion for advancing healthcare outcomes through the effective use of technology stems from his firsthand experience as a cancer survivor. Having navigated the complexities of the healthcare system from the patient’s perspective, his mission is to build intelligent, scalable solutions that proactively identify risk and ultimately enable the highest quality care for all Americans.
For over a decade, Amogh has worked at the critical intersection of population health, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence. He specializes in bridging the gap between advanced causal AI engines and the real-world operational workflows of health plans, ensuring that complex data is meaningfully delivered at the point of decision, so it directly empowers users and drives measurable improvements in metrics like medical loss ratios (MLR).
Amogh most recently led product strategy, operations and execution for US Solutions at Vantage Health Technologies and BroadReach Healthcare, where he oversaw the launch and scaling of the SocialHealth360 platform.
Prior to that, he played a pivotal role in scaling health tech platforms from early growth phases through successful strategic acquisitions. At Carrot Health, Amogh spearheaded the development of Social Risk Groupers (SRG)—the first Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) taxonomy for US payers. This ultimately drove the product innovation and foundational architecture that significantly scaled the Carrot platform, accelerating revenue velocity and directly contributing to the company’s successful acquisition.
His broader career includes key product leadership roles at Texture Health, Truth Point, and vCareConnect. Across these enterprises, Amogh has consistently focused on transforming bespoke solutions into defensible, standardized product frameworks that eliminate execution friction and increase enterprise valuation.
Amogh holds a master’s degree in entrepreneurship from Boston University and is actively pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Amogh lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with his wife, Allie, his son, Kabir, and their dogs. Outside of work, Amogh is a competitive rower with the Minneapolis Rowing Club. He also enjoys the great outdoors, teaching backcountry skills, and woodworking.
