Chris Sullivan
Chris Sullivan serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Siftwell. Chris has spent more than two decades helping healthcare organizations grow, innovate, and improve outcomes for the populations they serve. His passion for healthcare stems from the belief that better data, stronger partnerships, and more effective engagement strategies can help organizations identify needs earlier, improve access to care, and create meaningful impact for vulnerable populations.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked with health plans, provider organizations, healthcare technology companies, and value-based care organizations to drive growth, expand market presence, and bring innovative solutions to market. His experience spans Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, commercial health plans, self-funded employers, accountable care organizations, clinically integrated networks, and risk-bearing provider groups.
Prior to joining Siftwell, Chris held executive leadership positions with ILS Healthcare, Onehome, HealthHelp, and APS Healthcare. Over the course of his career, he has led commercial organizations responsible for more than $1 billion in new and renewed healthcare contracts, helped organizations enter new markets, developed strategic partnerships, and built high-performing teams that accelerated revenue growth and long-term enterprise value. His work has contributed to transformative growth initiatives across the healthcare ecosystem, including organizations that achieved significant market expansion and successful acquisitions.
Chris has played a key role in the development and commercialization of programs focused on population health, care management, utilization management, oncology, home-based care, and community-based services. He has worked closely with health plans and providers nationwide to improve member engagement, address social determinants of health, improve quality outcomes, and reduce the total cost of care.
Earlier in his career, Chris served as a Health Policy Advisor in the United States Senate, where he worked on healthcare policy and legislative initiatives. The experience provided a foundation for his understanding of the healthcare system and reinforced his commitment to improving care for underserved populations.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA from Colorado State University.
Chris lives in Colorado with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, coaching youth sports, staying active, and spending time with family.
