Elise Fritz
As the VP of Business Development, Elise supports the sales and business development efforts to grow, partner, and support Siftwell Analytics’ clients.
Elise brings 15+ years of healthcare technology sales experience and has spent the past 8+ years in the managed care space selling across all lines of business. Prior to working at Siftwell Analytics, Elise held sales positions at various digital health companies including SameSky Health, Wildflower Health, and Eliza, having also worked as an Account Executive at Nuance.
Prior to joining Siftwell, Elise spent 3 years at SameSky Health, partnering with health plans to improve health equity through robust member engagement and cultural experiences. She was responsible for growing their client footprint, driving revenue, and was successful in bringing millions of members on to their platform to reduce disparities and ensure success in clients’ population health, quality, and whole health initiatives.
Elise also spent time working with health plans on their member engagement initiatives at Wildflower Health and Eliza as well. At Wildflower Health, Elise strategized with Medicaid plans on the most effective ways to digitize their front door and drive success in value-based maternity care models to improve the experience and maternal outcomes while reducing costs.
After completing her Bachelor’s from James Madison University, Elise earned her Master’s in Health Communication from Boston University. When she’s not working, Elise enjoys time with her husband, two kids and two dogs, traveling, yoga, skiing, and tennis. However, in this season of life, she spends most of her weekends as a cheerleader on the sidelines for her son’s basketball and daughter’s soccer games.
