Throughout her career, she has successfully translated customer needs into scalable product solutions, driven cross-functional collaboration, and delivered measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining Siftwell, Galina held product leadership roles focused on healthcare revenue cycle management, data analytics, and enterprise integrations, leading strategic initiatives that accelerate customer onboarding, optimized product performance, and enhanced operational processes. Galina is passionate about building products that solve meaningful customer problems through thoughtful strategy, strong execution, and close collaboration.
Outside of work, Galina enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors through hiking, getting lost in a good book, and challenging herself in a game of chess. She values life long learning and meaningful connections.
