Jen Schmidt
Jen Schmidt serves as the Director of Customer Success for Siftwell Analytics. She is responsible for ensuring that Siftwell clients are delighted by our products and services, and that internal processes are optimized to support their continued success. She has over a decade of experience working within the healthcare landscape and 7+ years in the start-up and health-tech space. She is driven by operational efficiencies that support sustainable scalability.
Before joining Siftwell, Jen served as both the Director of Customer Success, and Customer Success Operations at Bamboo Health ( FKA PatientPing), a digital health startup committed to bridging the gaps in healthcare and delivering whole person care. Prior to that, she worked with State governments to facilitate their strategic plans to combat the Opioid crisis and supporting the continued implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Jen holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Tufts University, and a bachelor’s in Political Science.
Jen resides in Falmouth, MA with her 6 year old pitt-bull Lou, and when not working to improve health equity and outcomes, she can be found moonlighting as a bartender, mixing up Margaritas at the local Taco bar
