Sarah Panock
Sarah brings over a decade of customer success leadership experience, scaling post-sales teams across the startup and health-tech landscape. Throughout her career, her work has centered on helping organizations turn data and technology into meaningful, real-world outcomes. In senior roles at Wellframe (HealthEdge) and ProgenyHealth, she focused on aligning onboarding, retention, and growth initiatives to strengthen long-term customer value.
Earlier in her career, Sarah worked in client services and account management roles within medical associations. She supported complex member and partner relationships, managed renewals and programs, and helped deliver large national conferences and initiatives. This experience grounded her in mission-driven healthcare environments and shaped her focus on service excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and advancing organizations dedicated to improving care and professional practice.
Sarah holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she focused on management, strategy, and social enterprise. She earned her bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, staying active, and volunteering at a local food pantry.
