We’re excited to announce Siftwell’s newfound partnership with the Association for Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP). ACAP’s mission is to strengthen not-for-profit Safety Net Health Plans in their work to equitably improve the health and well-being of people with limited resources or significant health needs. And, as an organization committed to developing solutions that help member-facing teams work efficiently to improve member health, we at Siftwell believe our partnership can lead to better care and healthier lives for people across the country.

As an ACAP Preferred Vendor, Siftwell has the unique opportunity to engage with industry leaders, and will host a series of webinars in 2024, all aimed at educating ACAP-member plans on a myriad of industry challenges, as well as demonstrating Siftwell’s efficacy and expertise. As former ACAP plan leaders and board members, we’re emotionally invested and look forward to growing the relationship.

Siftwell’s co-founder and CEO, Trey Sutten, explains “we have lived and breathed ACAP in our careers; and with Siftwell, we built the tool we wish we had when we were running health plans and were members of the association. We’re excited to be working with ACAP-member plans and sharing our approach to providing improved care and officially join in the conversation.”
